Rates
$225 per session for initial 3-session consultation and assessment
$200 per 50-minute session
$3600 basic fee for in-home full weekend psycho-social consultation and coaching. (fee for travel and lodging to be determined as needed)
$75 per person for Psych-Salons

Insurance
While I do not accept fees directly form insurance companies, I do submit monthly statements to each client which in turn may be sent in to receive insurance benefits. Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

You, as the client are responsible to submit payment by the end of each month.

Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis.
 

Payment
Cash and checks are accepted for payment.
 

Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and/or have not discussed cancellation in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. You will have an opportunity to reschedule your appointment if I have availability. Your appointment will be treated like an office rental. Your appointment corresponds to actually renting space with me, and whether or not you are physically in the space, it is yours.
